Your orders are compiled and packed in our fulfilment centre and dispatched through our own delivery personnel or through partners. There are no hidden charges. A flat shipping charge of Rs. 20 shall be added to order, irrespective of total bill amount.
We currently support deliveries in multiple slots that vary by the delivery location. For some locations we provide the option of hassle free deliveries before 7AM. At the time of checkout, you’ve the flexibility to request a particular delivery slot. Your order must reach us 1 Hours before the start of the delivery slot to ensure delivery in that slot. This one hour commitment does not apply to orders placed through WhatsApp or email, specifically for the morning delivery slot – In such cases our commitment is to deliver by the second delivery slot. In certain locations, we offer Instant delivery where we try to deliver your order within 75 minutes on a best effort basis.
We will try to deliver your order in the correct slot/ time, however under certain circumstances it might not be possible to do so. In such a situation, we may deliver the order a little later or in the next slot. In such cases, you have the option of cancelling your order through our call center and requesting a full refund for any advance payments done by you for that order.
In certain situations, we may not be able to deliver your full order because of circumstances such as inappropriate quality or quantity, stock out etc. In such situations, you shall be charged only for the products supplied to you and any extra pre-payment done by you shall be refunded to you.
At any point before taking the delivery, if you feel that the product has not been delivered to you in a desired state and/or quality, please hand it back to our delivery team. The process and terms for returns and refunds are as mentioned under the “Terms and Conditions” link of this website.
